Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Stainless 24. This policy explains our shipping, return, and refund procedures.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing & Shipping

Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is received.

  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be longer.

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Delivery times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
     

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs.

We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

2. Returns

We accept returns within [30 days] of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase
     

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed parts

  • Modified parts

  • Electrical components (ESCs, motors, batteries, chargers, etc.)

  • Special order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

Due to the nature of RC parts, we cannot accept returns on items that have been installed or used.

3. Compatibility Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring parts are compatible with their specific RC vehicle before purchasing.

We are not responsible for compatibility issues if the wrong part is ordered.

If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
     

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product.

We will evaluate and provide a replacement or refund if appropriate.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
